Luca Finardi, Director of Mandarin Oriental Milan since its opening in 2015, takes on the role of General Manager Mandarin Oriental, Paris and Area Vice President Operations Italy, France and Czech Republic. At the same time, Stephanie Greger is appointed General Manager of the 5-star hotel in Milan

New management structure for Mandarin Oriental Milan. In fact, Luca Finardi, Director of the Hotel since its opening in 2015, takes on the role of General Manager Mandarin Oriental, Paris and Area Vice President Operations Italy, France and Czech Republic.

At the same time, Stephanie Greger has been appointed General Manager of the Milanese property.

For Luca Finardi, the journey at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group began in 2014 with the appointment as General Manager of the Milan Hotel. The Group’s first in Italy.

Under his passionate leadership, the hotel has quickly become one of the most representative realities of Italian hospitality. In fact, it is frequented by international travellers as well as local guests.

In 2018, Luca was appointed Area Vice President, Operations for Italy, overseeing the opening of Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como. In his new role as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Paris and Area Vice President, Operations for France, Italy and Czech Republic, he will follow the operations and development of the Brand in these countries.

Stephanie Greger, German, is the new General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Milan.

With over 25 years of experience in haute hôtellerie, Stephanie joined Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2018 as Director of Marketing and Commerce of the Milan property. Then in September 2021 she was appointed Hotel Manager, ensuring alongside Luca Finardi the positioning of the Hotel as a point of reference for Milanese hospitality.
