Eclettico (the Lombardin22 Group’s brand focused on design for the hospitality and luxury residential sectors) is in charge of the building’s architectural design and renovation, coordinating an international team, interfacing with Marriot – managing the documentation so that it conforms to the chain’s standards – and also the design of the plant-engineering and acoustics and site supervision.
