Fatuaria is a boutique hotel in the countryside of Ostuni, in the middle of Valle d’Itria Built in the first half of the nineteenth century, Fatuaria was originally intended as a peasant house with attached stores for grain and straw, a millstone, stalls for animals and jazzi and courtyards for the shelter of horses.
