Ristorante gourmet Mosaico: elegant and refined offers the extraordinary cuisine of Celebrity Chef Fulvio Pierangelini. The dishes as in a portrait of Rome itself, are composed of local and seasonal products.  Contemporary reinterpretations through which the multitude of different cultures that constituted the Roman Empire, Italian cuisine, touches of African, Middle Eastern and more generally European inspiration are expressed.

Da Sistina Bistrò: overlooking Via Sistina. It offers the classic dishes of the typical trattoria of the district. But in a contemporary key. The environment is sophisticated and elegant.

Julep Herbal & Vermouth Bar: a cocktail bar with a charming design. It puts the emphasis on quality blending in a drink list of refined cocktails and creative infusions inspired by the spice route of the thirteenth century, the route that started from Venice to cross the continent.

Rooftop Bar Cielo enchant guests with a stunning view of the Eternal City. proposals designed ad hoc and the breathtaking view over the rooftops of Rome. Its beautiful terraces can be used from the morning for breakfast, lunch, or sunset, the ideal time for an aperitif. Perfect location also for an after dinner.

The 104 rooms and suites are very elegant and among the most spacious in the capital. They have a pleasant and contemporary décor, rich in sumptuous fabrics that recall the era of the Grand Tour and the memories that would have come from that trip.
