Radisson Hotel Group continues to invest in Italy. In fact, in 2025 there will be 7 new openings. Ready for their debut are: Radisson Blu Hotel Bergamo, Radisson Hotel Pisa, Radisson Collection Hotel San Gottardo Como, Radisson Blu Hotel Firenze and ‘art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio which will mark the brand’s debut in Italy
Radisson Hotel Group believes in the Italian market. And in the ever-increasing tourist appeal of the Bel Paese. In fact, in 6 years the Group’s Italian portfolio has grown from 3 to 20 properties.
It has therefore anticipated the goal of 30 hotels signed and under development by 2027.
The 7 new openings in 2025 are: Radisson Blu Hotel Bergamo, Radisson Hotel Pisa, Radisson Collection Hotel San Gottardo Como, Radisson Blu Hotel Firenze and the art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio.
Radisson Collection Hotel, San Gottardo Como
In the heart of Como, a few steps from the lake, the Radisson Collection Hotel, San Gottardo Como will open in September 2025.
The 5-star hotel will offer 72 rooms, including exclusive suites with breathtaking views of the lake. Guests will be able to enjoy a splendid roof terrace. In addition, an elegant restaurant and services such as a quiet garden and a modern and well-equipped gym.
art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio
The art’otel Rome Piazza Sallustio, scheduled to open in late 2024 or early 2025, will mark the brand’s Italian debut in partnership with PPHE.
Featuring 99 contemporary rooms and suites decorated with works by artist Pietro Ruffo, the hotel offers a unique and immersive experience with a strong artistic identity. The hotel will include a restaurant, bar and art gallery with rotating exhibitions and an exciting events programme.
It will also have a fitness centre, sauna and creative meeting room.
Hotel Radisson Blu, G.I. Roma
Rome is at the heart of Radisson Hotel Group’s expansion strategy in Italy.
The Group’s recently signed Radisson Blu Hotel, G.I. Rome will open between the vibrant Ostiense district and the lively EUR district. It will therefore address the area’s need for high-end international accommodation.
This modern property will offer 199 rooms and a range of facilities, including 3 restaurants, a gym with a wide range of equipment and a spa for guests to relax.
The hotel also offers ample meeting space.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Bergamo
Scheduled to open in December 2024, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bergamo will be a cornerstone of the innovative Chorus Life complex.
This modern, high-end property features 107 elegantly designed guest rooms, some with private terraces. The hotel’s contemporary design perfectly complements the Chorus Life smart city model.
Guests will enjoy 3 different dining options, including a ground-floor bar, a breakfast area and a panoramic rooftop restaurant.
The hotel also offers versatile meeting space, divided into 4 rooms that can be converted into larger spaces. Additional amenities include a fitness center and a fully equipped wellness center.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence
The Radisson Blu Hotel in Florence, overlooking the hill of San Miniato al Monte and a short distance from the city center, will introduce a new concept of an urban resort designed for families.
The hotel will feature 329 guestrooms and suites, including a stunning Presidential Suite. Guests will enjoy 2 restaurants, a bar, a 25-meter outdoor pool, tennis courts and a gym. With meeting space spread across 10 rooms, it is ideal for conferences and events.
The hotel is close to Florence train station and Pisa and Florence Peretola airports.
Radisson RED Naples
Renovated from the former headquarters of Il Mattino, the most famous daily newspaper in Southern Italy, the Radisson RED Naples will be the first Radisson RED in Italy.
Located close to the beautiful waterfront and the historic center of Naples, it will offer 150 elegant guestrooms, a selection of dining options, as well as corporate meeting space for business guests and a panoramic rooftop terrace.
The Radisson RED Naples also features a gym and a wellness center.
Radisson Hotel Pisa
Located near the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Radisson Hotel Pisa will offer a modern urban resort that will satisfy both leisure and business travellers.
Opening in the second half of 2025, the property will enhance the hotel’s offering with a soft renovation, aligning with Radisson Hotel’s upscale brand.
With 128 elegant guestrooms, two restaurants, a modern meeting space and high-end amenities, including a pool, gym and spa, Radisson Hotel Pisa will be a prominent addition to the Group’s expanding portfolio.
