Waiting times for dinner at Ronin‘s are certainly not short. But arm yourself with patience. It is really worth it. In fact, Ronin has marked a turning point in catering with creative proposals and interpretations not only gastronomic.
And today he is relaunching with a new appointment: Omakase Roulette. It is a real sensory experience. In fact, every week some of the most acclaimed chefs of the Italian and world gastronomic panorama give life to their unique and creative gastronomic interpretation.
A roulette of flavors, therefore, and a whirlwind of creativity and conviviality at the counter on the top floor in the neoliberty building that accommodates only 10 diners.
So Omakase Roulette is not a dinner. But, instead, a gastronomic A-Game, a roller coaster of techniques and flavors, improvisation on music, an all-in of palatal and mental enjoyment.
Chefs Gioele Vacchina and Silvano Toscani have already tried their hand at Omakase Roulette. From the newly opened restaurant in Malgrate, on Lake Lecco, they brought their philosophy to “La Nascosta”, the hidden room on the floor of the Casa di Ronin. How? With 2 menus in progression, the result of dynamism, inspiration and expressive courage.
Halloween at the Ronin
Ronin has organized a party of “little” respect because the theme – in perfect line Halloween – is crime in all its expressions. All 4 floors of the building will bring together only futuristic villains, dystopian criminals of the near future, mafia bosses and criminal gangs.
