Palazzo Tirso was inaugurated after meticulous redevelopment work which involved a transformation of intended use. As? At the same time preserving the historical identity of the monumental building previously headquarters of the Sardinian Electric Company.

In fact, the new hotel stands out for its tailor-made design. That is, with the custom creation of most of the furnishings and light sources.

A project that arises from the restoration of the ancient Palazzo Fabi Altini, for an architectural result with a strong aesthetic impact.

In fact, it once housed the Tintoria Subalpina, a company specialized in silk printing and dyeing and active from 1935 to 1997.

Hilton Lake Como is made up of 2 buildings. The first, with an industrial design, with round windows, red bricks and a clearly recognizable facade, expresses a clear link with the history of the place. Instead the second has been completely renovated.

The buildings are connected by a glass and steel structure that houses the lobby.
