Just two months after opening, Croatia’s youngest Michelin-starred chef,30-year-old Deni Srdoč, received his second Michelin star at the new signature restaurant Nebo Restaurant & Lounge at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa.Just this month, the restaurant has also been awarded three Gault Millau toques and a score of 16.5/20.
Srdoč’s cooking style blends modern with traditional touches, underpinned by an Italo-French influence. Srdoč selects organically grown ingredients from carefully chosen Croatian farmers and producers that align with the chef’s ‘farm to table’ and ‘zero food waste’ philosophies.

Only two months after the re-opening of the Mountain Hub Gourmet at Hilton Munich Airport, the fine-dining restaurant was awarded with its first Michelin star. The 33-year-old chef, Stefan Barnhusen, spoils guests with modern Alpine cuisine which he describes as “modern purism vs. playful opulence”.
