Milan, a lively city always looking for something new, is preparing to welcome prestigious news. For example, Rocco Forte House will open in via Manzoni 46 in the summer.
It is a renovated building designed by Asti Architetti. The interiors are designed by Olga Polizzi, director of design of Rocco Forte Hotels, and Paolo Moschino for Nicholas Haslam. Eleven apartments, where guests will have access to the basement fitness center and the intimate café designed in the ground floor courtyard. Furthermore, 2 brands from Sircle Collection, a hospitality management and development company based in Amsterdam, are also on the way.
The first is Max Brown Missori, located a short distance from the famous Milanese square, in the building that housed the old Hotel Ascot. The second is Sircle Milano, a hotel with 71 penthouses inside the Velasca Tower, located near Piazza Missori. Finally, Calimala, in via Melzo 7, in the Porta Venezia area, a hotel with 90 rooms, equipped with a gym, 2 rooftops, bar, restaurant and swimming pool.
There is also great anticipation for the opening of a luxury lifestyle hotel from the Marriott chain in Piazzetta Bossi, near the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. The project is by the Asti Architetti studio with Artelia Italia and Proges Engineering and interiors by Studio Urquiola.
But the high-end Milanese inaugurations don’t end here. In fact, in 2024 it will be the turn of Carlton Hotel, W Milan Duomo (Palazzo Matteotti, former Boscolo), Hotel Milano (Sd Hotels), The Plein Hotel and Residence Club Milano.
Instead for 2025 there will be JK Place Milano, Rosewood Milano and Edition Milan. In 2026 it will be the turn of Six Senses Milano and Hotel Duomo Milano Via Dogana.
