In Milan, the capital of design and fashion, in a unique and elegant setting, Delarocque Restaurant & Champagne offers a high-level taste experience for refined palates.
A project created to enhance the history and tradition of the French Delarocque 1815 label through the union with a creative cuisine that enhances the best of Italian flavors.
An unmissable address for sparkling wine lovers and ‘bon viveur’.
In Milan, in the central Piazza Sempione, the first restaurant in Italy owned by a champagne brand opens. This is Delarocque Restaurant & Champagne. The mood? That of a contemporary but at the same time elegant and welcoming venue.
A corner of France in Milan. In fact, the sign bears the name of an independent French winery in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, home of great champagnes. It is in this area that the French label Delarocque 1815 was born.
At Delarocoque Restaurant & Champagne the poor traditional dishes are revisited with passion by the young chef of Neapolitan origins Pietro Tiglio with modern techniques and original ingredients.
In the new seasonal menu, alongside the evergreens such as the raw ham plateau – selected by the chef and washed down with the juice of the best Amalfi lemons – fish dishes stand out. There is also no shortage of meat dishes, such as veal in tuna sauce with celery and capers or the unmistakable Milanese limousine beef with rocket, parmesan, confit cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and mustard sauce.
Meticulous research of the highest quality ingredients and refined presentation of the dishes.
To enhance the flavor of the proposals on the menu, the menu offers captivating drinks to sip before, after or during the meal in combination with the dishes. Each itinerary is tailor-made for each customer and for this reason it best expresses the essence of the experience.
Of course, French bubbles are a must, among which Delarocque champagne stands out.
Delarocque, the king of champagne
Produced according to careful craftsmanship, each bottle of Delarocque is unique in its kind. In fact, it is the result of the commitment of a small number of experts who deal with every phase, from pressing the grapes to fermentation, up to the manual application of the French pewter label.
With its 3 lines, Delarocque is a champagne to be enjoyed throughout the meal.
Blanc de Blancs, the spearhead of the maison, is excellent as an aperitif and goes well with fish dishes, but also with cheeses with a delicate taste. Rosé, with amber reflections, is particularly suitable for fatty meats, such as duck or salmon, but also in combination with chocolate. Finally, the Brut, the most informal of the Delarocque champagnes, is the perfect accompaniment to raw fish.
