completely refurbished and with a brand-new star
The Principe in Forte dei Marmi is the most exclusive boutique hotel and spa in Versilia. Here, the newly-starred Lux Lucis restaurant bearing the unmistakable culinary signature of Chef Valentino Cassanelli is ready to welcome guests in this hot summer. The restaurant’s location has been completely reorganized, in the design, in the mise en place and in the layout of the tables, which has transformed it into an atmospheric setting waiting to be discovered, suspended between the sky and the sea and with a vista of the Apuan Alps. Also innovative is the new table layout, which introduces the exclusive “Chef’s Table” and the charming “Kitchen Tables”.
The former faces the kitchen directly and allows diners to get up close and personal with the Chef and his brigade; guests are served directly by the Chef and the Sommelier. The latter are positioned in front of the doors where the food comes out and are dedicated to those who wish to experience the dynamics of an award-winning kitchen.
Alongside these innovations, the overriding constant is the free expression of contemporary cuisine through a mixture of territory, influences, taste and aesthetics.
