Urbnx is an all-Italian digital marketplace designed to find an equipped workstation near home or wherever needed. In fact, it is the answer to the needs of the agile worker who needs functional spaces, reachable in a short time, where they can network or concentrate in peace. And hotels have all these requirements.
Alberto Nathansohn, co-founder of the marketplace, states: “Hotels that activate the Urbnx booking service within their hotel will be able to enjoy multiple benefits: extra income from the rental of the workstation, drinks at their hotel’s bar or restaurant. hotel by smart workers, contacts of possible new customers”.
Giovanni Peracin, co-founder of Urbnx adds: “We are also working on a special project that we have called Social Table, an equipped island that can be easily positioned in structures that do not have the appropriate equipment and that want to dedicate an area to workers agile. Urbnx thus becomes a complete service for structures capable of supporting them in welcoming agile workers”.
Urbnx now has over 80 locations. They range from co-working to design hotels to historic villas. Objective? Reach 200 locations by the end of the year.
At Hospitality Day in Rimini, the founders of the start-up will present a valid alternative to hotel facilities for using unused spaces in lounges and meeting rooms, maximizing their use and underlining how this use also allows them to acquire new possible guests.
