The 46th edition of Hospitality – The Reception Hall from 21 to 24 March brought together operators from the Ho.Re.Ca. world at the Riva del Garda exhibition center. The first edition in the post-pandemic presence achieved the goal of bringing together the entire hospitality supply chain.

In addition to the new midweek frequency by eliminating Sunday. Restaurateurs and hoteliers, particularly 4 and 5 star categories, were the main players. They came from all regions of Italy, primarily: Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Piedmont and Tuscany. There was also the presence of international buyers from Germany, Hungary, Switzerland, Belgium, Malta, Greece, Croatia and Uzbekistan.

The winning choice
“The decision to open the event on Monday instead of Sunday proved to be a winner – says Alessandra Albarelli, General Manager of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi – because it qualified the professional interaction between exhibitors and visitors, albeit to the detriment of the attendance of the public who the feast day historically generated. The next goal is to obtain the certification of an international event and continue by strengthening the incoming of buyers from multiple countries “.
