Il Ristorante Al Mare: from the new cocktail menu to the partnership with the Gourmet Festival
The Al Mare Restaurant, with a panoramic view of the Grand Cul de Sac and seats created by international designers Christian Liaigre and Patricia Urquiola, offers new dishes for an experiential menu to be enjoyed in the outdoor dining room and, this year, in the new space ” Plage “, facing the sea.
The absolute novelty on the menu, curated by Executive Chef Raffaele Lenzi, is the famous Pasta with Pistachio from Il Sereno, one of the most popular dishes of the Michelin-starred restaurant on Lake Como.
Another novelty of this season, a new beverage menu with cocktails and mocktails that combine local, fresh and tropical products such as mango, passion fruit, coconut and Aloe Vera, with top quality spirits and fruit juices, to create inspired blends to the island that transform a single product into a completely new tasting experience.
Lastly, this year, Le Sereno participated in the St. Barths Gourmet Festival – a culinary event that brought the most famous chefs in the world to the Caribbean island from 10 to 14 November – in partnership with the French chef Juan Arbelaez, to offer a gourmet cuisine with fresh notes and international inspiration.
A wellness paradise on the Nature Reserve
To meet the needs of regenerating immersive destinations, to relax in contact with nature, Le Sereno offers guests wellness experiences near the marine reserve to which it boasts direct access. A corner of paradise that is also a marine turtle reserve.

The redevelopment of Le Sereno included new measures to limit the environmental impact in every aspect of the hotel design: use of sustainable materials, new solar panels, new windows, new lighting and insulation systems, all equipped for conservation and limited consumption. The hotel has just completed the final phase of its ecological renovation with the addition of new water systems that desalinate the ocean water and reuse it in the structure as a resource to irrigate the beautiful tropical gardens. The limited number of rooms and combined access to the large waterfront area offer guests privacy and exclusivity thanks to spacious bungalows and villas.
