From today, however, choosing Planetaria Hotels also means traveling safely. The Italian hotel chain has in fact entered into a partnership with Europ Assistance Italia, the leading insurance company in private assistance of the Generali Group.
The new collaboration creates a customized version of the Planetaria Hotels guest program: Planetaria Stay Safe. All customers who make a reservation from 15 June, via telephone or on the Planetaria Hotels website, will have included in the booking at no additional cost, insurance coverage for all components of the room booked, and for the entire stay.

The program offers health care, medical expense coverage, baggage guarantee. All the guarantees are covid free, i.e. they include the direct causes of Covid-19. The policy also provides assistance to the car and family members left at home.
The customer can choose to integrate the coverage with the cancellation guarantee, which protects the booking of the stay for all documentable reasons, including Covid-19.
