Access: From Trieste: Ronchi dei Legionari Airport – Total distance: 22 km Take the A4 motorway heading towards Trieste. At the end of the motorway, after the Lisert tollbooth, continue in the direction of Trieste, Sistiana. Portopiccolo is 3 km from the exit. Take the SS14, follow the SP3 down towards the Bay of Sistiana and the brown signposts for PORTOPICCOLO, along the main road towards the bay. From Venice – Marco Polo International Airport – Total distance 132 km Take the A4 motorway heading towards Trieste. Take the exit for Sistiana and bear right onto the SP1. Take the SS14, follow the SP3 down towards the Bay of Sistiana and the brown signposts for PORTOPICCOLO, along the main road towards the bay. From Lubiana – Jož Pučnik International Airport – Total distance 120 km Take the E61 motorway heading towards Capodistria and then the E70 motorway, which passes by Sesana. Once in Italy, go past Fernetti and continue towards Monfalcone. Take the exit on the right for Sistiana and bear right onto the SP1. Take the SS14, follow the SP3 down towards the Bay of Sistiana and the brown signposts for PORTOPICCOLO, along the main road towards the bay.
