Starwood Merger to Increase Marriott’s Size to Over 100,000 Rooms in Europe Marriott International in Europe, a division of Marriott International Inc. (NASDAQ:MAR), announces today that it will double in size once its acquisition of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (HOT:NYSE) is complete.
